Customers MUST  send an e-mail to bdazzlingdesigns1@gmail.com so a claim can be opened. 

Items returned prior to contacting a Bdazzling Designs representative will NOT be credited.

Size exchanges are allowed subject to availability at customers expense

We will give a store credit or a replacement item/s in case the product  is not in stock.

Before returning anything. 

Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

All items must be returned within 1 week of delivery for applicable refund or exchange.

REFUNDS will consist of 100% of the cost of the item. 

No Refunds on Shipping.

EXCHANGES will consist of equal value, at customers expanse. 

The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

We guarantee that all items will be free of damage or manufacturer defect upon receipt. 

All our orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. By doing so we have tracking info as well as your order being insured.

Most products will be mailed out within 48 hours. is a product needs processing time, it will show a notice in the description, or you will be notified as soon as possible.
